By browsing or placing an order on Jim's IT Store, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before checking out.

1. Ordering

You can order as a registered account or as a guest. You're responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping details — orders with incorrect or unreachable phone numbers may be delayed or cancelled. Fake, joke, or repeatedly abandoned orders may be cancelled, and repeat abuse can restrict future ordering privileges.

2. Pricing & Product Information

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. We work to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors can occur — if we discover a pricing or listing error after you order, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Payment

We accept bKash and Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders, only the courier charge is collected online via bKash to confirm the order; the remaining product cost is paid in cash to the courier on delivery. Orders are processed only after the required online payment is submitted and verified.

4. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before an order ships by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — and will notify you and refund any payment already made.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery areas, charges, and estimated timelines are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays outside our control.

6. Returns & Warranty

Return and warranty terms are described in our Returns & Warranty policy.

7. Account Security

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Jim's IT Store or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website, beyond what is required by applicable Bangladeshi consumer protection law. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
