Delivery Areas & Charges

We deliver nationwide, across all 64 districts of Bangladesh.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the district you select and are shown before you confirm your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. For bKash payments, this happens after we verify your transaction ID, usually within a few hours. For Cash on Delivery orders, only the courier charge is paid upfront via bKash to confirm the order — processing begins as soon as that payment is verified.

Courier Partners

We hand off every order to a trusted local courier service. Once your order ships, we'll add the courier name and tracking number to your order — you'll see it on your order details page.

Tracking Your Order

You can check the status of any order anytime from the Track Order page using your order number and phone number. If you checked out as a guest and want to see every order you've placed with us, verify your email there to view your full order history.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt to reach you using the phone number provided at checkout. If delivery can't be completed after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to us — please make sure your shipping address and phone number are accurate before confirming your order.
